I am sure you have never heard this question (right!), but just in case you have, I thought I would write about it. I know well-intentioned people challenge if something is really a compliance issue, but depending on the situation, it still may catch you off guard. This is the part where you need to “exhale” and get ready to explain and teach. So how do you evaluate and answer the question, “Is this really a compliance issue?”
