Many homeowners can relate to the enormous amount of work involved in house maintenance and its necessity. It is often not only labor-intensive but also financially costly. Recently, I had water pressure issues. While inspecting the water valves, the plumber grew concerned about my 14-year-old hot water tank. Upon further examination, he cautioned that the tank’s breakdown could be a matter of time, and that flooding in the basement was imminent. As a person who thinks “all things compliance,” that message definitely resonated with me.
