A successful liaison program can extend compliance’s influence throughout the enterprise. This is extremely valuable now, as hybrid work models make it harder for compliance to stay connected with employees.

The median number of compliance liaisons increased from 25 in 2018 (N = 65 compliance executives) to a projected 27 in 2020 (N = 79 compliance executives).[1] But making the most of these liaisons remains a challenge.
