We have covered a number of tips and strategies in previous articles in this series to help you as a compliance professional maximize the opportunities you have to get connected with new employees. You may have heard the saying that compliance is a journey and not a destination. Similarly, becoming known and staying connected with new employees doesn’t end with your appearance and presentation at a new employee orientation session. Rather, it is a first step of many that you can take to maintain a level of visibility and familiarity with your workforce on an ongoing basis.
