Maintaining visibility

We have covered a number of tips and strategies in previous articles in this series to help you as a compliance professional maximize the opportunities you have to get connected with new employees. You may have heard the saying that compliance is a journey and not a destination. Similarly, becoming known and staying connected with new employees doesn’t end with your appearance and presentation at a new employee orientation session. Rather, it is a first step of many that you can take to maintain a level of visibility and familiarity with your workforce on an ongoing basis. In this month’s article, we visit possible options that can help you to continue to connect with employees throughout the year.
