It has been my pleasure to share my thoughts in the Health Care Compliance Association’s (HCCA) magazine Compliance Today “Managing Compliance” column for the past several years! I have enjoyed researching current topics, receiving feedback from my HCCA colleagues, and hopefully, transferring some of my management talent to new and seasoned managers. The time has flown by, the world is changing, and we are changing and adapting to our new realities. It is time for me to step back and provide another compliance expert the opportunity to share their thoughts, ideas, and different perspectives on old and new management dilemmas.
