A story of self-disclosure

Most readers know that in July the HHS OIG announced new self-disclosure guidance for grantees. But for many years, self-disclosure has, far more often than not, been the best approach when compliance issues are found. Here’s my own tale of self-disclosure, from just a few years ago, before joining HCCA, when I was an investigator and my team was brought in to assist a client.
