On November 1, the one-year transition of CEO duties from Roy Snell to me was completed. And I just gotta say, what an amazing year it’s been! Working side by side with Roy has been invigorating in addition to being educational. Roy will continue to be involved and will serve as an advisor to HCCA until his retirement in early 2020. But I just can’t say enough good things about the “handoff” that we’ve completed over the past year.
