Education and training should be a part of compliance work plans

Education and training are one of the seven elements of an effective compliance program listed in the United States Sentencing Guidelines for Organizations.[1] In addition to listing your planned audit activities for the upcoming year, it is important to document your planned training efforts into your annual compliance work plan. The following are a few suggestions to consider.
