Culture Quiz: Identifying Strengths and Weaknesses

Twice a year, DocGo, a provider of mobile medical services, gives its employees a culture quiz, said Chief Compliance Officer Steve Sugrue. “The more often you do it, the more helpful data points you have, and then you can calibrate your training accordingly,” he said. “You may become aware of themes,” such as the need to increase promotion of the code of conduct or the hotline or examine your response to complaints.
