While many advances have been made, the use of child labor appears to be resurging both internationally and in the U.S. The issue not only threatens the well-being and safety of minors but also poses substantial legal and reputational risks to businesses implicated in such practices.

In the U.S., despite stringent laws and regulations designed to prevent child labor, recent reports have unveiled a concerning resurgence of such practices. These violations are not confined to a single sector but span multiple industries.
