15 U.S. Code § 4725. United States and Foreign Commercial Service Pacific Rim initiative
(a) In generalIn order to encourage the export of United States goods and services to Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan, the United States and Foreign Commercial Service shall make a special effort to—
(1)
identify United States goods and services which are not being exported to the markets of Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan but which could be exported to these markets under competitive market conditions;
