15 U.S. Code § 4727. Trade Promotion Coordinating Committee

(a) Establishment and purposeThe President shall establish the Trade Promotion Coordinating Committee (hereafter in this section referred to as the “TPCC”). The purpose of the TPCC shall be—
(1)
to provide a unifying framework to coordinate the export promotion and export financing activities of the United States Government; and
(2)
to develop a governmentwide strategic plan for carrying out Federal export promotion and export financing programs.
(b) DutiesThe TPCC shall—
(1)
coordinate the development of the trade promotion policies and programs of the United States Government;
(2)
provide a central source of information for the business community on Federal export promotion and export financing programs;
