Structure, process, outcome

One way to organize each element of a compliance program is to look at its structure, processes, and outcome measures within each element. Recently, this became even more apparent to me while working with a compliance program that lacked structure, which, of course, impacted processes and outcomes.

It is about having a structure and process in place to proactively address regulatory risks and react to concerns of potential noncompliance. Linkages between structure, process, and outcome measures are important.
