Reconnecting and feedback

One opportunity for compliance professionals to get useful and meaningful feedback from new employees is to follow up with employees after new employee orientation. This way, compliance professionals can learn if new employees retained key information and also learn what they wish had been covered, given that they now have been with the organization for some time.
