Planning and preparing to conduct the investigation

Mike D. Sandulak (mike.sandulak@providence.org) is Director of Investigations at Providence St. Joseph Health in Portland, OR.

Based on my experiences as an investigator working in both the public and private sectors, one key takeaway I learned was that there is no way to conduct the perfect investigation.
