Essential elements of an effective investigation report

When an investigation is coming to a close, an investigation report should be completed to provide a clear explanation of what it entailed and an analysis of how the investigator reached their conclusion. This report needs to be written objectively and persuasively, and in a format that is consistent throughout your organization.
