Hooshang Poor, M.D., a geriatric medicine physician, has agreed to pay $680,000 to resolve false claims allegations in connection with Medicare and Medicaid services provided to nursing home patients, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Boston said Feb. 21.
