Whoever said that absence makes the heart grow fonder wasn’t discussing group office dynamics. As the pandemic eases in parts of the world, many employers find themselves with a hybrid workforce. Some people are in the office full time, some part time, and some not at all. This creates a new problem: proximity bias.
