We live in an era in which hardly a day goes by without someone asking whether our organization has a policy that covers one thing or another. The reasons are numerous, often revolving around either how the pandemic has altered our work environment or how technology and social developments affect the workforce. Any time of significant change results in renewed questions surrounding applicable policies.
