7 U.S. Code § 4502. Definitions
As used in this subchapter—(a)
the term “Board” means the National Dairy Promotion and Research Board established under section 4504 of this title;
(b)
the term “Department” means the Department of Agriculture;
(c)
the term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Agriculture;
