The world is swirling around us, and chaos, change, and upheaval have become the daily norm. We are continually bombarded with both positive and negative data, and we are individually responsible for culling through that data and determining what to address and what to let go. In our work environment, the same theory applies. Hopefully, there is not as much chaos at work as we may experience from external sources, but in today’s business environment, there is always the potential for change and upheaval. How can we protect ourselves and our employees from being distracted and continue to strive for an effective and efficient operation?
