§ 63.215 What General Provisions apply to me?

(a) All the provisions in 40 CFR part 61, subpart A of this chapter, apply to this subpart.

(b) The provisions in subpart A of this part also apply to this subpart as specified in paragraphs (b)(1) through (4) of this section.
