StarKist Tuna unable to pay fines

One of the major players in the “Big Tuna” price fixing scandal, StarKist Tuna, told a judge in the U.S. District Court in San Francisco, California, that it would not be able to pay the U.S. Justice Department’s proposed USD 100-million criminal fine and compensate customers suing over the antitrust conspiracy.
