21 U.S. Code § 871a. Semiannual reports to Congress

(a) In generalThe Attorney General shall, on a semiannual basis, submit to the congressional committees and organizations specified in subsection (b) reports that—
(1)
describe the allocation of the resources of the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for the investigation and prosecution of alleged violations of the Controlled Substances Act [21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.] involving methamphetamine; and
