42 U.S. Code § 300h-9. Secure geologic storage permitting

(a) DefinitionsIn this section:
(1) Administrator
The term “Administrator” means the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.
(2) Class VI well
The term “Class VI well” means a well described in section 144.6(f) of title 40, Code of Federal Regulations (or successor regulations).
