Readers know I have lived through the history of our field, going back to the 1970s. In that time I have seen some excellent written pieces that provided clear, valuable advice. One of these was an article by Jeff Kaplan years ago in Ethikos.[1] Jeff talked about compliance program evaluations and doing an analysis “inside the box.” Here is what he meant.
