7 U.S. Code § 3202. Research and education grants for the study of antibiotic-resistant bacteria

(a) In generalThe Secretary shall provide research and education grants, on a competitive basis—
(1) to study the development of antibiotic-resistant bacteria, including—
(A)
movement of antibiotic-resistant bacteria into groundwater and surface water; and
(B)
the effect on antibiotic resistance from various drug use regimens; and
