Purpose.

§ 35.330 Purpose.

(a) Purpose of section. Sections 35.330 through 35.335 govern Underground Storage Tank Grants to States (as defined in section 1004 of the Solid Waste Disposal Act) under section 2007(f)(2) of the Act.
