§ 720.70 Notice in the Federal Register.

(a) Filing ofFederal Registernotice. In accordance with section 5(d)(2) of the Act, after EPA receives a notice, EPA will file with the Office of the Federal Register a notice including the information specified in paragraph (b) of this section.
