42 U.S. Code § 300cc-40a. Microbicide research

(a) Federal strategic planThe Director of the Office shall—
(1)
expedite the implementation of the Federal strategic plans required by section 283(a) of this title regarding the conduct and support of research on, and development of, a microbicide to prevent the transmission of the human immunodeficiency virus; and
