§ 98.192 GHGs to report.

You must report:

(a) CO₂ process emissions from lime kilns.

(b) CO₂ emissions from fuel combustion at lime kilns.

(c) N₂O and CH₄ emissions from fuel combustion at each lime kiln. You must report these emissions under 40 CFR part 98, subpart C (General Stationary Fuel Combustion Sources).
