42 U.S. Code § 2291. Definitions
As used in this subchapter—(a)
“The Community” means the European Atomic Energy Community (EURATOM).
(b)
The “Commission” means the Atomic Energy Commission, as established by the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended [42 U.S.C. 2011 et seq.].
