15 U.S. Code § 4901. Definitions

For purposes of this chapter—

(1)

the term “Committee” means the Interagency Trade Data Advisory Committee;

(2)

the term “Data Bank” means the National Trade Data Bank;

(3)

the term “Executive agency” has the same meaning as in section 105 of title 5;
