Compliance training: Supervisor follow-up extends the impact

In the book I wrote in 2008, 501 Ideas for Your Compliance and Ethics Program: Lessons from 30 Years of Practice,[1] I suggested that supervisors who attended the compliance training be required to report back within a set time on what they had done to assure their subordinates got the compliance message.
