7 U.S. Code § 1738m. Annual report to Congress
(a) In generalNot later than December 31 of each fiscal year, the President shall prepare and submit to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate an annual report concerning the operation of the Facility for the prior fiscal year. This report shall include—
(1)
a description of the activities undertaken by the Facility during the previous fiscal year;
