42 U.S. Code § 274c. Administration
The Secretary shall designate and maintain an identifiable administrative unit in the Public Health Service to—(1)
administer this part and coordinate with the organ procurement activities under title XVIII of the Social Security Act [42 U.S.C. 1395 et seq.];
(2)
conduct a program of public information to inform the public of the need for organ donations;
