How do you measure effectiveness?

Since the inception of a compliance program, there has been much discussion, at every level, regarding how to measure and identify metrics around the effectiveness of an organization’s compliance program. The reality of measurements and metrics can be tricky and are subjective to industry and the individual organization. The effectiveness of a compliance program is about more than just what the compliance group handles for the business; it’s also about identifying your business’s needs, understanding the regulatory landscape, and being on the front end of any changes.
