“You can’t rush relationships, you can’t rush trust, you can’t rush the culture.” Who said this? It is a quote from National Basketball Association (NBA) coach David Fizdale, and he said it as part of a discussion explaining why he had been fired from his previous coaching job. Often, our past failures provide us with the most important lessons in life. And sometimes compliance lessons come from unexpected sources.
