Remote investigations require greater preparation

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed many aspects of how we conduct business, and the investigation process is among the most directly affected. With a greater percentage of the workforce working remotely, the manner with which we conduct compliance investigations has changed. Most signs point toward a more remote workforce long after the pandemic eases, so the changes we make are likely to be with us for the long haul.
