Many compliance and ethics practitioners are trying to navigate life, career, and our evolving profession. Our journey is a rewarding one, accompanied with challenges to help us face the next experience.[1] My dad used to say, “If you don’t learn the lessons of each experience, you may find yourself repeating them until you do.” He also used to say that these three questions will help you know if you are on the right track.
