The HHS Office of Inspector General has updated its Work Plan.[1]

Longwood Management Corporation and 27 affiliated skilled nursing facilities in California agreed to pay $16.7 million to settle false claims allegations over Medicare claims for rehabilitation therapy services that weren’t reasonable or necessary, the Department of Justice said July 13.[2]
