Marriott International reports another data breach

In a March 31 statement, Marriott announced a data breach involving the personal data of more than 5 million guests. The breach had been ongoing since at least January of this year, and Marriott employees noticed anomalous activity in February.

The investigation is ongoing, but Marriott has released a preliminary list of personal data stolen in the breach:[1]
