Human Trafficking Prevention in the Supply Chain

On January 29, 2015, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) were revised to establish comprehensive human trafficking prevention requirements for government contractors.[2]

Although specifically directed to government contractors, these regulations have broad implications for corporate compliance programs generally for both government contractors and non-contractors alike.
