On February 23, 2021, SCCE conducted its first ever Corporate Compliance Enforcement Conference. This virtual meeting featured Director Lisa Osofsky of the UK Serious Fraud Office (SFO), Chief Jane Norberg and Senior Counsel Nikkia Wharton of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Office of the Whistleblower, Acting Chief Daniel Kahn of the Fraud Section at the Department of Justice (DOJ), Acting Assistant Attorney General Richard Powers of the DOJ’s Antitrust Division, and Chief Deborah Connor of the DOJ’s Money Laundering and Asset Recovery Section.
