Data Shows a Decline in Reporting of Misconduct Linked to Remote/Hybrid Work

New research from Gartner shows a decline in “observed and reported misconduct” because more employees are working remotely.[1] “The shift toward virtual and hybrid working environments has tangibly affected the ways employees observe and report misconduct,” according to the report.[2]
