Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week training ideas

Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week is the perfect opportunity to educate employees in a fun and interactive way. Although the pandemic may limit in-person events, there are many virtual ways to engage employees and shine the spotlight on the importance of compliance and ethics programs.

Virtual roundtables

Consider hosting virtual compliance and ethics roundtables discussing hot topics, case studies, or current enforcement trends for various compliance topics such as privacy, cybersecurity, billing compliance, conflicts of interest, research compliance, etc. If possible, livestream and record the session so those employees who cannot attend live can still participate.
