Assessment Tool for Restorative Justice Approach to Compliance, Safety, Other Incidents

For compliance officers who are interested in a shift from retributive to restorative justice in their compliance programs, here’s a tool to help evaluate reports of potential noncompliance, including HIPAA violations, adverse events and other incidents.
